Key Team Members

John Partridge
Chairman of Cordea Nichani and Executive Chairman of Cordea Savills LLP. John has overall responsibility for Cordea Nichani’s strategic direction with a focus on the development of new business streams and product lines, and the management of key business relationships.
Suresh Nichani
Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Cordea Nichani and Executive Director of Nichani Holdings LLC, part of the Nichani Group. Suresh will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan based on the direction of the board. Suresh has led a number of real estate acquisitions since 2001, focussing on commercial, land and residential properties in India and the USA.
